A comment picker should be able to download, parse and filter comments based on a criteria set by the host and randomly select a comment as a winning candidate and display a winner in a visible manner where a screenshot or a video can be taken of the winning comment.

Distributed comment loading means that we use multiple servers to load comments, for example one server can only process a certain number of comments in a given time and by using multiple servers, we are able to speed UP this process by giving processing time to large posts that need it, as big data is expensive, we only reserve this for posts that have more than 10,000 comments, we will be looking into improving this service over time and reduce the total expense on our side and thus provide it to cheaper packages also.
